Tressie Callahan Cross
Funeral for Tressie Callahan Cross, 76, of Joppa was Monday, July 11, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. G.W. Atchley officiating.
Burial was in Nelson Hollow Cemetery.
Ms. Cross died Friday, July 8, 2011, at her residence. She was born October 27, 1934, in Morgan County. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Dale Hann; a daughter, Linda Ann Hann; two brothers, Cleo Callahan and Wilburn Callahan; and three sisters, Shirley Henderson, Christine Hann and Katy Callahan.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Wayne Hann of Somerville and Michael Royer Hann of Joppa; a daughter, Barbara Marlar of Joppa; five brothers, Hershell Callahan of Hartselle and Gene Callahan, Nick Callahan, Bobby Callahan and James Callahan, all of Somerville; a sister, Nell Oden of Somerville; eight grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
