Ricky Sybert
Funeral for Ricky Sybert, 62, of Hartselle will be Sunday, July 17, at 2 p.m. at Tunsel Road Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Henderson officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 16, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Sybert died Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at his residence. He was born February 19, 1949, in Morgan County to William “Mutt” Oscar Sybert and Jewell Ozelle Vest Sybert, who preceded him in death. He was a member of Tunsel Road Baptist Church and a member of IBEW 558 of Sheffield.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Sybert of Hartselle; two daughters, Tracy Riddle and Tandy England and husband Richard, all of Hartselle; a stepson, Chris Sharp and wife Faith of Hartselle; a stepdaughter, Karen Sharp of Hartselle; a brother, Malcolm Sybert and wife Diane of Hartselle; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Riddle, Paul Sapp, Tommy Newman, Dwain Keel, J.W. Atkins and Charles Driver.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandson, Andrew Sybert, Luke Riddle and Jaydon England.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
