Helpful hints and recipes
Hints:
• To kill weeds put bleach into a spray bottle and spray onto the weeds. The weeds are gone in no time.
• To kill weeds put vinegar into a spray bottle and spray the weeds. This kills weeds better than Roundup and in less time.
• To clean bathtubs without having to scoop use a long handle mop. Put the cleaner into tub and go around it with the mop.
I use all of these hints and they do work.
For a special dinner serve black-eyed peas, cantaloupe, fried chicken and iced tea.
Pet Peeve: people going to a concert or another event and keep talking or walking out during the concert and coming back in time after time.

Special Tea
1 or 2 reg. tea bags
1 cup grape juice
Brew tea according to directions. Combine tea with grape juice. Serve over ice.
If you do not have an icemaker, make extra ice cubes in the freezer and after they are made place them into a freezer bag.
Hot Grape Fruit Juice
Simmer 1 large can of grapefruit juice with several sticks of cinnamon. This is a good drink to serve after a football game or any occasion.
