Rep. Brooks to speak in Hartselle

Fifth District U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Huntsville, will hold a town hall meeting at The Depot in Hartselle Tuesday, Aug. 16, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

“I’m looking forward to talking with folks about the need for job creation and the impact of our current economic situation will have on our community, our state and our country,” Brooks said. “:I hope constituents will come ads ask me questions about the subjects they’re interested in, Everyone in District five is welcome to attend.”

The meeting will open with brief remarks and a presentation by Brooks, The remainder of the time will be devoted to questions from the audience and responses from the congressman.
