Pineapple sweet ingredient for pork chops

POTATO SALAD

3 or 4 red Irish potatoes

2 Tbs. sweet relish

2 Tbs. pimentos

2 Tbs. sour cream

Cook potatoes until done. Combine all ingredients with potatoes and mix well.

POKER CLUB SALAD

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded spinach

2 tomatoes chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes

Combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve with favorite dressing.

PORK CHOPS

6 thick pork chops

salt and pepper

1 cup diced pineapple

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup chopped celery

Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in skillet. Spread pineapple over each pork chop. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until done.
