County schools offer ACT Prep
All five Morgan County high schools – Brewer, Falkville, Danville, Priceville and West Morgan – are now offering an ACT Prep Course through a web-based program called eprep.
This program provides students with practice opportunities on ACT-like assessments and then places students on remediation programs to help in raising ACT test scores. The assistance of an on-line tutor makes it different from most other prep courses.
The ACT is an assessment used by Alabama colleges and universities, which sets admission standards.
The eprep program is being offered as the result of a grant obtained with the assistance of State Sen. Arthur Orr, R-Decatur.
