Library gets new computers

Falkville’s Public Library now has 14 new computers. Also, a survey is now being taken for computer classes to determine what the public would like to take. Signup sheets may be picked up at the library desk. For more information, call 256-784-5822.

Parsley Dip

2 tablespoons parsley leaves

1 small carton sour cream

Wash parsley leaves and chop, mix well with sour cream

Serve as a dip with crackers or put on baked potatoes.

Fried Sweet Potatoes

2 or 3 sweet potatoes

A little cooking oil

Peel potatoes and slice, put them into a frying pan with a little cooking oil and cook on both sides until done.

Serve with margarine or butter.

Blue Cheese Dressing

2 tablespoons blue cheese

1 small carton sour cream

Crumble blue cheese and mix into sour cream until well blended.
