Anthony Ray South

Funeral for Anthony Ray South, 55, of Eva will be Wed., Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Tues., Sept. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Lawrence Cove Cemetery.

Mr. South died Mon., Sept. 26, 2011, at his residence. He was born Feb. 13, 1956, in Michigan to Frank South and Dollie Hall South. He was employed at Copeland Corp. from 1962 until 2002 and Toyota from 2002 until 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Robert Andrew South.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Childers South; two daughters, Andrea Cameron and husband Tony of Eva and Mia Grantland of Priceville; a brother, Tim South of Eva; a sister, Janice South of Eva; and two surviving grandchildren, Kelsey Cameron and Andrew Cameron.

Pallbearers will be Jon Morgan, Jeremy George, Richard George, Tyler Childers, Wesley Cooper and Darrell Turney.
