Funeral service for Billy Kilpatric, 50, of Hartselle will be Thurs., Oct. 6, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. B. Kay Jones officiating with burial in the Johnson Chapel Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Wed., Oct. 5, at the funeral home.

Mr. Kilpatric died on Sun., Oct. 2, 2011 at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Oct. 5, 1960, in Morgan County to Cecil Albert Kilpatric and Hazel McWhorter Kilpatric. He was a self-employed painter; he loved everybody and really enjoyed making people laugh.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Kilpatric, two sons; Justin Charles Kilpatric and Brandon Gene Kilpatric; two daughters, Jessica Kilpatric and Kristy Lee Wilkerson; his mother, Hazel Kilpatric of Hartselle; five brothers, Cecil Kilpatric and Bobby Kilpatric of East Lawrence, Robert Kilpatric, Ronald Kilpatric and Lee Kilpatric all of Hartselle; and three grandchildren.
