50 one-pot meth labs found in eastern area

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department discovered 50 one-pot meth labs at an abandoned home at 289 Cotaco-Floreete Road.

On Oct. 19, a concerned citizen called the Morgan County Drug Task Force to investigate the abandoned house. Agents discovered numerous gas generators and paraphernalia at the residence. It took agents over four hours to clean up the labs.

No suspects were arrested as of last week, but the investigation is ongoing.
