Danville moves into semifinals

PELHAM – Danville (40-27) handed Montevallo its second loss of the season to advance to the championship game 3-0 (25-21, 25-12, 25-12).

Sydni Shelton led the Lady Hawks’ attack with 15 dills and two blocks. Jada Callahan added four kills, three aces and seven digs. Megan Luker had four kills and 10 digs. Haley Rae Garnett had 28 assists, four kills and two aces. Keri Callahan had three kills, two aces and nine digs.

The Lady Hawks will play the winner of Plainview vs. Montgomery Academy at 8:30 p.m.
