Infant Taylor Grace Janek

A graveside service for Taylor Grace Janek of Hartselle will be Tues., Nov. 1, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle Memory Gardens with the Rev. Bonnie Sims officiating.

Visitation will be Mon., Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Infant Janek was born Thurs., Oct. 27, 2011, and died Oct. 27, 2011 at Decatur General Hospital.

She is survived by her parents, Frank and Sara Janek of Hartselle; grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Janek Jr. of Falkville and Richard and Joetta Albano of Decatur; and great-grandparents, Charles and Jeanne Janek Sr. of Tennessee.

Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
