BBES students get dictionaries

Barkley Bridge Elementary School third graders are all smiles after receiving copies of Webster’s Dictionary for Students last week Decatur Elks Lodge #655 and Decatur Emblem Club #127.

The organizations provide dictionaries every year to every third grader in public schools in Morgan, Lawrence and Limestone Counties. Various fundraisers are held throughout the year to raise money to buy around 3,000 dictionaries every year.
