Funeral for Mabel Erin Terry Hill, 82, of Courtland was Sat., Nov. 12, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial was in Jones Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Hill died Wed., Nov. 9, 2011, at her residence. She was born Jan. 2, 1929, in Lawrence County to Luther W. Terry and Lucy Ester Braswell Terry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Truman W. Hill, an infant son, J. P. Hill, a grandson, Chase M. Terry and her parents.

She is survived by a son, Dana L. Terry of Hartselle; a granddaughter, Charity Goodwin and husband Danny; and two great-granddaughters, Shelby and Sierra Goodwin.

Pallbearers were Carl Norton, Danny Goodwin, Bruce Box, Steven Terry, Chris Raney and Rick Landrop.

Honorary pallbearers were her nephews.
