Speed camp set to begin Monday

The Killer Miller Developmental Speed Camp will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in June at J.P. Cain Stadium.

Registration will be on June 3 from 8:15 to 8:30 a.m. All classes will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Cost of the camp is $100.

This camp is designed to be a performance enhancement through positive training for boys and girls helping develop flexibility, coordination, explosive and strength training.

The camp will be taught by Rachelle Miller, all-American mile runner at Iowa, former assistant track coach at Alabama and current volunteer track and cross country coach for Hartselle High School.
