Veggie class set for Monday

Morgan County Cooperative Extension will host a free workshop entitled “Learning Lacto Fermentation of Vegetables” June 17 from 10 a.m. until noon at 3120 Hwy. 36 W in Hartselle.

The Regional Extension Agent for Food Safety, Preparation and Preserva-tion will demonstrate the process with up-to-date food safeguards in place.
