Funeral for Daniel Waughop, 40, of Lake Worth, Fla., was Sat., June 15, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Waughop died Tues., June 11, 2013, at his residence. He was born Sept. 15, 1972, in Morgan County to Larry Allen Waughop and Vickie Elizabeth White Miller. He loved the water and dogs. He worked construction for the majority of his working years.
He is survived by his father, Larry Allen Waughop of Illinois; his mother, Vickie White Miller of Hartselle; a brother, Mike Waughop of Williamsburg, IA; and his grandfather, Max Slate of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were Mike Waughop, Jason Saunders, Jimmy Slate, Larry
Waughop, Max Slate, Bob Saunders and Brett Waughop.
