Funeral for Diane “Thompson” Murphy, 70, of Danville was Thurs., June 27, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Martin Valcarcel officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Mrs. Murphy died Mon., June 24, 2013. She was born June 24, 1943, in Morgan County to Robert Brooks Gray and Martha Barber Fulmer. Mrs. Murphy was Holiness in faith. She was self-employed as a housekeeper. She was preceded in death by her father and a daughter, Renee Thompson.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony Thompson of Decatur and Robert Thompson of Danville; two daughters, Cindy Brown and Lynn West, both of Danville; her mother, Martha Barber Fulmer of Hartselle; two sisters, Jeanette Byars of Moulton and Charlotte Smith of Trinity; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
