MaxPreps taps Blackwood for All-American

Hartselle shortstop Brett Blackwood was named a 2013 MaxPreps Baseball All-American last week.

Blackwood finished his junior season with a .488 batting average, 103 hits in 211 at bats, 71 runs, 26 doubles, 18 home runs and 78 RBIs.
