Stewart honored by Montevallo

The Family and Con-sumer Sciences Program in the College of Education at the Univer-sity of Montevallo recognized a number of outstanding students at recent Honors Day ceremonies.

Hayley Stewart of Trinity was among these students receiving Highest Honors, which is awarded to students who earn a 3.8 GPA or better. Stewart was also awarded the Academic Recognition Scholarship for first-year students with an ACT score of 24 or higher.

Stewart also received the Comer Foundation Scho-larship, which is awarded to incoming Alabama freshmen in the Family and Consumer Sciences Program.
