First auction in old armory scheduled

The first auction in the old National Guard armory in Hartselle is set for Sat., Aug. 3, at 10 a.m.

This two-estate auction includes dishes, collectibles and antiques of all kinds as well as furniture, grills, guns, toolboxes and more.

Food vendors will be set up Saturday selling hamburgers and hot dogs.

In addition, consignment auctions are scheduled for every third Thursday of each month, the first being Thurs., Aug. 15 ,at 6 p.m. Consignments for upcoming auctions are being collected now.
