Cedar Street Primary Care to open Oct. 1

Cedar Street Primary Care will be officially opening Oct. 1.

The practice will be a new primary care and acute care clinic in Hartselle. Dr. Jeb Hornsby and certified registered nurse practitioner Lori Henry will be the practicing physicians.

Hornsby and Henry have practiced together for four years and will be bringing years of experience to the practice. “We both have urgent and primary care backgrounds, and we both want to provide more to the community,” Henry said.

Cedar Street Primary is accepting patients, and appointments can be made by calling 256-773-2260. The clinic will have hours from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will also be starting a call service for patients to call after hours and pay the normal co-pay for consultation and treatment.

Cedar Street Primary Care is located at 220 Cedar St.
