Gordon, Wiley to wed April 27

Shawn Gordon of Athens and Tim and DeeAnn Owen of Hartselle are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Elizabeth Gordon, to Brantley Alexander Wiley, son of Daniel and Marquieta Wiley of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Franklin D. and the late Margaret Ann Wilborn of Hartselle and Floyd and Georgia Gordon of Athens.

She is a 2014 graduate of Hartselle High School and a 2017 graduate of Wallace State Community College with an associate’s degree in science. She is currently a student at Athens State University, pursing a bachelor’s degree in business management.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Wayland and Barbara Turrentine of Danville Neel and Jimmy and Linda Wiley of Hartselle.
He is a 2014 graduate of Hartselle High School and a 2017 graduate of Wallace State Community College with an associate’s degree in science. He is currently employed as a carpenter’s assistant/operator.
The wedding will be April 27, 2019, at Faith Baptist Church in Vinemont.
