Lacey’s Spring man faces breaking, entering charges

A Lacey’s Spring man is under arrest for allegedly breaking into a number of vehicles this past week.

Feb. 1 Morgan County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a suspicious person call on Porter Circle in Lacey’s Spring. When they arrived, they located an individual and determined several vehicles had been broken into.

Investigators arrived on the scene and charged Delton Lee Garrison, 45, of Lacey’s Spring with two counts of breaking and entering an automobile.

Garrison was booked into the Morgan County Jail with bond set at $5,000.
