Ingram Equipment Company, an industry-leading environmental, waste management and commercial equipment company, has announced plans to open a location in Priceville later this year.
The new 13,000-square foot service center will be home to a growing team focused on providing maintenance, service and support to clients in north Alabama.
“Providing exceptional service and support to our clients is one of our core values,” said IEC general manager and vice president, Keith Johnson. “We value each and every relationship with our customers and partners and look forward to continuing to meet the needs of our clients in north Alabama with this exciting expansion.”
The new service center will be located on South Bethel Road in Priceville. The 5-acre location formerly housed Western Express Trucking Company and Calhoun Community College.
Family-owned and operated since 1979, IEC is the environmental, waste-management and commercial equipment dealer for 14 industry-leading manufacturing partners in Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle.
Adding a location in north Alabama is a strategic move that will allow IEC to continue providing customers with world-class customer service from a growing network of team members and locations across the Southeast.
“We believe strongly in building lasting relationships with our customers and partners,” said CEO Jeff Martin, “and we will always seek to ensure we are meeting their needs to the best of our ability. Adding a fourth location here will help us magnify those efforts while strengthening the support we provide to our clients.”
