Cullman Regional will open a new Urgent Care Center at Hartselle Health Park Monday, providing the community new and much needed healthcare services.
“Access to healthcare is vital for communities like Hartselle,” said James Clements, Cullman Regional CEO. “We’re immensely proud of Hartselle Health Park and the medical services it offers. We believe Morgan County residents deserve convenient, quality care from providers they can trust.”
The Urgent Care Center, located at 1549 Hwy. 31 NW, will provide treatment for minor illness and injury seven days a week. With access to onsite diagnostic tools like x-ray and lab services, providers will be able to help patients with a wide variety of medical concerns. Local employers can also use the Urgent Care Center for occupational health services including post-occurrence treatment and screenings.
The Urgent Care Center is the second Cullman Regional medical service to open in Hartselle. Earlier this year the hospital established an outpatient clinic providing local access to several physician specialties including orthopedics, spine care, general surgery, cardiology, urology and pulmonology among others. In November, a third medical service will be added to the Health Park when the Imaging Center opens. The Imaging Center will immediately offer x-ray, MRI, 3D mammography and in January 2022, CT scanning will be available.
Patients do not need an appointment to be seen at the Urgent Care Center but online check-in is available to minimize time spent in the waiting room. Curbside check-in is also available to give patients the option of staying in their car while they wait to be seen. The Urgent Care Center is open Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
