Deputies arrest two while executing felony warrant

Deputies recently arrested two while executing a felony warrant in the 300 block of Main Street East in Hartselle.
Deputies arrested Marcus Edward Sain, 34, of Hartselle on a felony grand jury warrant for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000.
While deputies were at the residence, a second subject attempted to flee. The attempt was hindered by a screw located on the property. The subject was ultimately tased and successfully taken into custody.
Timothy Shane Rogers, 32, of Decatur, was arrested and charged with attempting to elude, resisting arrest, obstruction of a governmental operation and disorderly Conduct.
Rogers also had two outstanding felony and one misdemeanor warrants. His bond was set at $2,744.
Both were booked in the Morgan County Jail.
