Brothers face burglary charges
Special to the Enquirer
Two brothers are under arrest after a March 5 burglary incident.
According to the Hartselle Police Department, Dewey Wayne Miller Jr., 45, of Hartselle, and Jason Earl Miller, 35, of Somerville, were arrested for burglary, third degree.
Both subjects were booked into the Morgan County Jail, each on a $2,500 bond.
According to the HPD, the arrest was the result of an investigation regarding a residential burglary previously reported to the police department. Throughout the course of the investigation, the Millers were developed as suspects. It was later determined Sgt. Wilbanks, with the Priceville Police Department, was familiar with both subjects and was able to positively identify them from surveillance photographs taken at the time of the burglary.
