Morgan agent arrests man on rape charges

March 24 Morgan County sheriff’s deputies arrested Donald Gurley Conley, 80, of Joppa on a warrant for rape, first degree.

Conley was arrested at a home on Hulaco Road without incident, according to the MCSO.

The warrant stems from a 2019 investigation into a report involving the sex abuse of a child under 12, according to the MCSO.

Conley was booked in the Morgan County Jail, with bond set at $15,000.
