Davidson Homes holds ribbon cutting for 500-rooftop community in Hartselle

Representatives from Davidson Homes, the City of Hartselle and its stakeholders, along with the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon cutting this past week of Cain Park – a new community that will see 500 rooftops added to Hartselle.
“This has been a project that we have been working on for several years,” Davidson Homes regional president Dustin McNutt said. “We support Hartselle and we look forward to supporting the growth coming to Hartselle.”
“Pulling together a project of this size and being able to stand here today with homes that are near completion has been quite a challenge – so I’m proud to be standing here today,” he added.
Hartselle councilwoman Virgina Alexander said she is excited to see Hartselle continue to grow.
Cain Park, along with the future MAPCO location, Alexander said, helped push the state to commit to funding a traffic light at Highway 36 and Lando Cain Road.
Cain Park will include homes with several floorplans from the $250s-440s with square footage ranging from 1,895-3,593.
Cain Park is selling now with move in dates as early as October, according to its website.
