Hartselle man arrested on theft charges

Aug. 22, Inv. Ripley Fowler arrested Tyler Blake Bailey, 32 of Hartselle, for receiving stolen property in the first degree.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Highway 36 and Kyle Road in reference to a possible vehicle stolen from Hanceville.

Officers located the stolen vehicle in the area of Family Dollar and identified Bailey as the driver of the vehicle. Bailey was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Morgan County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000.
