Morgan man killed in weekend crash

Special to the Enquirer

A single-vehicle crash at approximately 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29, has claimed the life of a Laceys Spring man. Christopher T. Hill, 53, was fatally injured when the 2002 Dodge Ram he was driving left the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. Hill was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Alabama 36 near the 42-mile marker, approximately two miles west of Laceys Spring.
