Council to interview candidates for Parks and Rec director job

The Hartselle City Council will meet for a work session Dec. 6 to interview three potential candidates for the next director of the Hartselle Parks and Recreation department.  

Former director Tom Chappell resigned Sept. 24, according to Mayor Randy Garrison.  

The council will interview Zachary Manning beginning at 5 p.m, Aaron Lang at 5:45 p.m. and Lemzel Johnson at 6:30 p.m.  

The work session is open to the public and will be held at city hall, located at 611 Chestnut St.  NW.
