Three arrested for theft of vehicle in Hartselle

Nov. 29, Inv. Lesley Sheffield arrested, Marride Shane Morris, 30, of Hartselle, Brooklyn Shania Oliver, 24, of Town Creek and Amber Leigh Hendrix, 24, of Decatur, for theft of property in the first degree.

The arrests were the result of an investigation for the theft of a motor-vehicle reported earlier that day in Hartselle.

Sheffield responded to a residence in question and located the stolen vehicle parked behind the residence and developed Morris, Oliver and Hendrix as the suspects who stole the vehicle.

Morris and Oliver were arrested at the scene, Hendrix was arrested the following day. All suspects were transported to the Morgan County Jail with bonds set at $5,000 each.
