Falkville man killed in crash

Special to the Enquirer

A single-vehicle crash at approximately 7:28 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, has claimed the life of a Falkville man. James W. Floyd, 29, was fatally injured when the 1993 Ford F-250 he was driving left the roadway, struck a ditch then overturned. Floyd was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Cullman County 1212, approximately three miles north of West Point, in Cullman County.
