Tigers host second annual women’s football clinic
Hartselle High School football recently hosted its second annual women’s football clinic.
“The women’s clinic was another success,” Hartselle head coach Bryan Moore said. “We focus on exposing moms and the women of Hartselle to what our players do each day. We must provide transparency for our parents and community, and they get to see what a day in the life of a Hartselle Tiger is like.”
More than twenty women took part in this year’s clinic.
“It was a great opportunity for us to see the various aspects of the football program from a player’s point of view,” clinic participant Margaret Ann Praytor said. “We engaged in weightlifting drills, received nutrition advice and tried all types of practice drills.”
According to Praytor, participants were encouraged to participate as much or as little as they wanted.
