Hartselle United 10U girls soccer wins Liberty Cup

This past weekend, the Hartselle United 10U soccer team won the Liberty Cup in Vestavia Hills.

The team finished pool play as the top seed after wins over the Alabama Futbol Club and the Tuscaloosa Futbol Club. The United defeated the Alliance Futbol Club out of Meridan, Miss., 3-0 to win the Liberty Cup championship game.

The United players include Scarlett Brewer, Sophie Blankenship, Shelby Blankenship, Olivia Gaskins, Caroline Weeks, Rowe Swafford, Lexie Broom, Collett Royer, Emma Summerford, Emma Pflueger, Briley Tenney and Laney Arnette.

Coaches for the United include Brad Arnette, Mike Swafford and Paul Brewer.
