Public buildings to open at noon Thursday

Public buildings in the City of Hartselle will open at noon tomorrow, road conditions permitting, according to Mayor Randy Garrison.

This includes Hartselle City Hall, the William Bradford Huie Public Library, Sparkman Civic Center, the city landfill and the Hartselle Police Department administration and investigation buildings.

Citizens are encouraged to use caution if out and about as most parking lots are still icy.
