20 under 40: Lindsey Tapscott

Lindsey Tapscott, 39 

Director of Marketing, Davidson Homes 

Lindsey Tapscott joined Davidson Homes in 2018 as the Director of Marketing for the Corporate Division. Tapscott holds her bachelor’s degree in communication arts with a concentration in public communication and a minor in marketing from the University of North Alabama. Prior to her position at Davidson Homes, she spent 10 years developing sales and marketing strategies for several companies and entities. Over the past five years, Tapscott has steadily grown the Corporate Marketing and Online Sales Divisions while also creating, managing and executing the company’s marketing strategies. She recently completed the executive MBA program at the University of North Alabama and was named a silver award winner for The Nationals marketing professional of the year. Her hobbies include reading, going on vacation, and watching all the kids enjoy their activities – volleyball, softball, soccer, and most recently, basketball. Lindsey is married to Heath Tapscott, and they have three beautiful children Claire, 15, Charli, 11 and Reece, 5.
