All-star season in full swing

It is every young softball and baseball player’s dream to hear their name called to be an All-Star.

Players in Hartselle Parks and Rec baseball and softball leagues have received their call to be an All-Star. Baseball will have three teams. Here are the age groups and head coaches: 6U – Trent Preuitt 8U – Brent Worley 10U – Brandon Hulse Baseball gets started this weekend with the Region 4 All-Star tournament with the State Tournament taking place June 13-23 in Oxford.

Softball will have two teams. Here are the age groups and head coaches: 6U – Emily Stipe 8U – Andrew Brand Softball got started last weekend with their Pre-Area 1 tournament at Florence. They will play this weekend in Moulton and play the area tournament in Hartselle June 13-15.

Hartselle 6U all-star tags out runner at the plate.
