Depot Days draws thousands

The 43rd Depot Days festival is in the books. More than 200 vendors and thousands of attendees gathered in historic downtown Hartselle this past Saturday to take part in the full day of family-friendly fun.

Festival co-director Chris Spicer said he was very pleased with how well the event went. “We faced a lot of challenges as a new staff putting on an event that was 44 years in the making,” Spicer said.

“I am so proud of my team and the volunteers for how they banded together to make this the best it could possibly be and look forward to improving the experience next year.”
