Wade Stover

Danville Funeral service for Wade Stover, 71, will be Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Roger Aldridge officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Center Cemetery.

Mr. Stover passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Lawrence County Medical Center. He was born on February 24, 1953, in Ohio to Lee Della Garrison Stover. Throughout his career, he served as a pastor for various churches. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Pearl Stover; his son, Patrick Stover; and his sons, Patrick Stover and Jody Stover; and his daughters Candy Malin and Connie Speegle.. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Andrew Waldrop, Anthony Waldrop, and Allen Waldrop; his brother, David Stover; and “oodles” of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

His grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
