Funeral for Frankie Morgan, 58, of Rogersville was Monday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Nichols officiating.
Burial was in Somerville City Cemetery.
Mr. Morgan died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010, at his residence. He was born Aug. 21, 1951, in Madison County to Rudolph and Mazine Holcomb Morgan. He was retired from BarloWorld and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Fay Blevins Morgan; three children, Dennis Morgan, Diane Morgan and Jennifer Morgan.
He is survived by his wife, Pearl Weeks of Rogersville; his parents Rudolph and Mazine Morgan of Eva; two brothers, William Morgan of Eva and Jesse Morgan of Falkville; four sisters, Reba Stallings and Nancy Welch, both of Eva, Della Mahan of Lacey’s Spring and Rebecca Oden of Cullman; and four grandchildren, Wesley Brown, John “Boy” Brown, Samantha Weeks and Alaine Thigpen.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
