Funeral for Margaret Esther Teague, 87, of Hartselle was Sunday, May 23, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Glen Smallwood and Dewitt Crowe officiating.
Burial was in Moss Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Teague died Friday, May 21, 2004, at her residence. She was born June 21, 1918, in Morgan County to Willis Orr and Velma Morris Orr. She was a member of Cross Baptist Church in Cullman County and a member of Veterans of Foreign War Ladies Auxiliary, Post 4190, Decatur. She was the widow of Rufus B. Teague.
She is survived by four sons, David Teague of Falkville, Jimmy Teague, Paul Teague and Charles Teague, all of Decatur; two daughters, Jane Smallwood of Cullman and Carolyn James of Hartselle; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
