Computer keeps families in touch

Hartselle’s William Bradford Huie Library has a new Apple computer with a webcam. The computer came from the Alabama Public Library Service and Gov. Bob Riley’s Connecting Family Project and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
The purpose of the computer is to allow military families to communicate via a webcam.
Hartselle is one of 106 libraries in the state to receive the computers.
