Keep extra set of keys in purse

Keep an extra set of car keys and house keys in your purse should you lock your keys in the car or house, but be sure and do not lock your purse in the car, too.
Walk more instead of driving everywhere. By doing so you will feel better and also save from buying gas at a high price.
Put away your pocket change every day and save it until you have enough to buy something special.
Serve food that does not need to be cooked and use throw away paper plates and cups.
This way you will not have any clean up after the meal.
The first ice cream parlor in America opened in New York City in 1776.
Put to good use the large tin containers that once held candy for fresh flower vases, store small candles, or fill them with homemade candy. The containers can also be used to put small gifts into instead of using gift bags.
Freeze left over cola drinks in paper cups and use the frozen drink to put into your drink.

Spring Punch
2 6 oz. cans frozen
lemonade
1 6 oz. can frozen orange
juice
9 cups cold water
1 quart vanilla ice cream
5 pints pineapple
sherbert
Combine frozen juices with water.
Place ice cream and sherbert in bottom of bowl. Break into small pieces with large spoon.
Pour in juices and mix well.
Yields five quarts.
Western Salad
1 can fruit cocktail,
drained
1 small can pineapple
chunks, drained
1 1/2 cup miniature
marshmallows
1 can flaked coconut
1 8 oz. sour cream
Place fruits into a large mixing bowl. Add marshmallows, coconut, and sour cream. Place into salad bowl dish. Refrigerate for several hours.

Breakfast Punch
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups pineapple juice
Combine all juices and serve over ice.
