Jacob Birdwell

A “Celebration of Life” service for Jacob Birdwell, 17, of Hartselle will be Sat., Aug. 27, at 4 p.m. at Danville Baptist Church.

Jacob died Wed., Aug. 17, 2011, at Huntsville Hospital after being injured in a two-vehicle accident on Danville Road. He was born Jan. 5, 1994, in Madison County to Gregory Dean Birdwell and Frances Renae Brown Birdwell.

He is survived by his parents, Gregory Dean Birdwell of Hartselle and Frances Renae Brown Birdwell, also of Hartselle; two brothers, Gregory Matthew Birdwell and William Corey Birdwell, both of Hartselle; his grandparents, Randy and Brenda Brown of Hazel Green and Glen and Sue Birdwell of Hartselle; a special cousin, Noah Birdwell of Hartselle; and two K-9 brothers, Moe and Sammy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jacob Birdwell Memorial Fund at any Redstone Federal Credit Union.
