Holiday market gets new home, date

By Staff Reports

The annual Hartselle Holiday Market will be held at the Sparkman Civic Center Nov. 4.

This year’s event, in its eighth year, will welcome more than 50 arts and crafts vendors for the market that will be open from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Registration is still open for makers, owners, growers and creators according to event organizer Kylie Johnson, who added the event this year will feature a mini farmer’s market.

“We have many returning vendors from last year,” Johnson said. “We have something for everyone in the family. Clothing, jewelry, household decor, kitchen, health, baking, children’s items, books/authors, woodworking. We will have food vendors as well.”

Johnson said as many as 400 people have come out to enjoy the market in the past.
